Seaview/Coast View Chiropractic is located in Clairemont Mesa, San Diego. We are committed to helping our patients maintain a healthy quality of life. A number of conditions are treated including muscle aches, sprain/strains, carpal tunnel, disc injuries, headaches, back pain, whiplash injuries, leg pain, rotator cuff injuries, sports related injuries, neck pain, hip pain. Personal Injury cases are also accepted. We are currently offering specials on massage therapy and chiropractic visits are $35 a visit and first visit is $75 which includes xrays, chiropractic/ortho exams, muscle testing, etc. PPO Health Insurance is accepted.
